GFF ELITE LEAGUE III:
– CORRECTION TO GOAL SCORERS AND TIMES OF GOALS
21st September Georgetown: The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) would like to correct the results of the first match of the GFF Elite League held on Wednesday, 19th September at the GFC Ground, Bourda.
This was due to inaccurate documentation by a match official, which resulted in a change of time of goals scored and the names of three goal scorers from the GDF FC.
The correct information should be as follows:
- Sherwin Caesar 3′
- Jeffrey Perreira 34′
- Delwin Fraser 39′
- Kenneth Oparaemetuche 65′
- Abumchi Benjamin 81′
- Abumchi Benjamin 90′
The GFF apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The final match of the League is scheduled for today at the GFC Ground when Milerock FC takes on Den Amstel FC at 19:00hrs followed by Fruta Conquerors FC vs Western Tigers FC at 21:00hrs.
The GFF Elite League is the senior league of the GFF and aims to provide a platform for consistent, competitive football. It is divided into two Rounds, the first began in November 2017.
Admission to matches is five hundred dollars and all women and children U12 years old will be admitted free of cost.
